Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and Miami Valley Heating & Cooling customers.

 Items in the terms and conditions agreement are as follows:

• All equipment to be installed will require a 50% down deposit due upon the acceptance signing of the estimate / proposal, as outlined in proposal.
• Balances are due upon completion of installation work as outlined in estimate / proposal. equipment is owned by Miami Valley heating & Cooling until such time that any outstanding balances are paid in full.
• Equipment not paid for may be removed by Miami Valley Heating & Cooling as it remains the property of Miami Valley heating & Cooling until it is paid for, per the Ohio Revised Code.
• A proposal / Estimate once signed is a legal binding contract and may be cancelled by either the contractor or customer at anytime within 48 hours of signing. Please note should the customer exercise their right to cancel the contract, there will be a restocking and cancellation fee of the total job cost deducted from the deposit down payment and balance remaining shall be refunded to the customer 
• All parts replaced are the property of Miami Valley Heating & Cooling until such time the repair cost is paid in full and maybe removed by the contractor for failure to pay for the agreed upon repair.
• Per Ohio law you are entitled to an estimate verbally or in writing prior to any repair being done, and you must agree to the repair its cost and payment terms prior to the repair being done
• Miami valley Heating & Cooling accepts payment in the following forms ONLY, Cash, credit / debit card (3%-5% fee may be charged depending on the card), money order, cashier checks. No Personal or third party checks
• Miami Valley Heating & Cooling reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at anytime for any reason
